Doug Peck is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice at Boston Consulting Group, and an expert in aerospace and defense operations. He has a broad mix of functional topic experience, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), engineering, supply chain, organizational design, agile ways of working, digital, and strategy.

Doug is experienced in aviation line level and depot/shop floor transformation, maintenance programs optimization, engineering and maintenance information systems, supply chain operations and procurement, 5G, digital, and AI strategy. His client work focuses, in particular, on aviation MRO and supply chain in the private sector and government. Doug co-leads the BCG DC Local Marketing Committee. He also launched the BCG Fellows pro-bono consulting program in the DC office in 2015.

Before joining the firm, Doug worked at GE Capital as a finance analyst.
