Katya Timofeeva is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care and People & Organization practices. Since joining the firm in 2004, she has worked with clients in many countries—from emerging markets to mature economies. Katya is a health care specialist with a focus on health care providers and pharma. Her functional expertise lies in people and organization topics.

In the health care arena, Katya has led the growth and efficiency transformations, network optimization, value proposition strategies, and other engagements for US providers/payor-providers. She had led multiple projects for regional health care authorities on COVID support and other operational topics. Katya has led projects for private investors in the provider space—from strategy to due diligences.

In addition, Katya has supported many large scale transformation projects on change management and enablement, including employee assessment, upskilling programs, and communication strategies, as well as projects assessing and increasing employee engagement, and operating model redesign projects.

Prior to joining BCG, Katya worked for two years in the strategy department of an industrial goods company.
