Elisa Crotti leads Boston Consulting Group's Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice in Italy, Greece, Turkey, Israel, and Caspian; and heads the people and talent work within that practice. In addition, Elisa is a core member of the Consumer practice with a focus on fashion and luxury. She joined BCG in Milan in 1999 and left in 2010 in order to pursue industry opportunities. She rejoined BCG in March 2018.
Elisa has led over 150 assignments supporting private equity customers on a wide range of topics including transaction excellence and acceleration programs for portfolio companies, M&A, vendor due diligence (commercial, ops, tech, digital, ESG), business planning, value creation planning, and transformation.
Elise is also an equity partner of a venture capital incubator and accelerator of digital startups. Before joining BCG, she worked at global companies in food and beverage and travel retail with corporate executive roles in strategy, business development, and M&A.
