Emmanuel Sissimatos joined Boston Consulting Group in 2006. He is the global lead for Services & Support Operations within BCG's Operations practice, and a core member of the firm’s Industrial Goods, Operations, People & Organization, and Corporate Finance & Strategy practices. He spent a year as a BCG Ambassador in the Washington, DC office.

Emmanuel works on and leads organizational redesign projects for large and medium-sized enterprises. He has extensive project experience in end-to-end transformation journeys, from developing the new operating model to designing blueprint concept and leading the implementation. Emmanuel has deep expertise along the value chain in machinery and greentech industries including electrification, building, and automation technologies.

Before joining the firm, he was a sales manager at Siemens in Germany.
