Fabio Fattori joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He is a member of the Industrial Goods practice specializing in manufacturing and industry 4.0.

Fabio has more than 20 years of experience in the industrial goods and consumer products industries, with a focus on manufacturing improvement and supply chain.

At BCG, Fabio has led lean transformations of manufacturing plants; redesigned supply chain processes for several industrial goods, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and durable goods companies and redefined the supplier operations models for a furniture company. In recent years at BCG he has gained significant experience in the aerospace and defense industry, especially on quality topics.

Prior to joining BCG, Fabio worked for a Japanese consulting boutique with a focus on lean supply chain and lean manufacturing.
