Fabrizio Pessina joined Boston Consulting Group in 2013 in Milan. He is the node of the Technology Advantage practice for Italy, Greece, and Turkey. Fabrizio is also a core member of the Institutional Services, Banking, and Energy practice areas at BCG.

Fabrizio specializes in IT, digital operations, transformations, and cyber security, working for public and private companies in Italy and Europe. He has experience in data and digital platforms, Agile@Scale, all aspects of IT and OPS strategy, and Next Generali Technology Function.

Before he joined the firm, Fabrizio worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and Accenture.
