Farboud Cheraghi joined Boston Consulting Group in May 2022. He is a core member of the Operations practice and the Supply Chain team at the firm, with an industry focus on industrial products, automotive, and the logistics industry. He specializes in supply chain management, digital supply chain, net working capital optimization, and logistics.

Farboud has led various projects from vision, strategy, and benchmarking to operating model design. He has designed and implemented sales and operations planning (S&OP) as well as sales and operations execution (S&OE) processes and has broad experience in selecting and implementing advanced planning systems (APS) as well as transport management systems (TMS). In addition, Farboud has led numerous working capital optimization projects, and helped his clients in optimizing cash conversion cycles.

Prior to joining BCG, Farboud worked for over ten years at other global strategy consulting firms and automotive OEMs.
