Federico Vigani is a partner at BCG X, Boston Consulting Group’s tech build and design unit, specializing in innovation in the public sector, and transportation, cities, and infrastructure. He also serves as lead for the Product Chapter for Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa (EMESA), driving innovation across the region, with a current focus on public sector transformation.
