Florian Gorzitzke is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices at Boston Consulting Group.

He advises clients on strategy development and execution, including growth initiatives through product development, market entry, new profit pools, and business model transformation.

Along with strategy, Florian has deep experience building resilient organizations, operating model turnaround, and change management, gained through engagements in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Before joining the firm in 2023, Florian was a principal at Roland Berger and held various management roles at BMW Group.
