Franck Luisada is a core member of the Technology, Media, & Telecommunications practice at Boston Consulting Group and he leads the firm’s global work in the Telecommunications sector.
Since joining BCG in 2006, Franck has worked with telecommunication clients on strategy development, marketing and sales, customer experience excellence, and operational efficiency.
Franck’s experience has included developing customer-experience-excellence programs, channel strategy and efficiency, and portfolio simplification and large-scale transformation plans.
Prior to joining BCG, Franck was a manager in the Paris office of DiamondCluster International, and he worked for Gemini Telecom Media in Madrid and Paris.
