Georg Keienburg leads Boston Consulting Group's Corporate Finance & Strategy practice in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America, and the firm's carve-out business globally.
Since joining BCG in 2012, Georg has supported corporate and private equity clients primarily on business plan and strategy developments, value-creation programs, divestments, and acquisitions. His recent work includes large-scale carve-outs, vendor due diligences, strategy, and equity story developments.
