Gertie Find Laerkholm is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer and People & Organization practices, and the office leader for the firm's Copenhagen office. Gertie's experience is chiefly in the consumer and grocery space working with clients on large-scale/structural change focused on people and organization, and commercial topics.
During her time at BCG, Gertie has worked with global consumer and retail leaders to transform their businesses through a strategic, inquisitive, and hands-on approach that yields impressive and sustainable results. Her international perspective and commitment to diversity have been shaped by years spent abroad in China (where she also studied Mandarin at the Beijing Language and Culture University), India, the UK, and Australia.
Before coming to BCG, Gertie worked at A.P. Moller-Maersk in Europe, China, and India.
