Gözde Yalazı Özbek is the office leader for Boston Consulting Group in Istanbul, as well as the Industrial Goods practice regional leader for Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa (EMESA). She is a member of the leadership team for the Global Advantage practice and for materials and process industries as well.

Gözde has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting, and is a core member of the Industrial Goods; Global Advantage; and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices at BCG. In addition, she leads diversity, equity, and inclusion for BCG in EMESA, and the firm’s work on the future of work for Turkey.
