Greg Ebersole is a physician and a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care practice. At BCG, Greg has focused heavily on care delivery strategy and operations for providers, payers, and integrated systems across multiple delivery channels including digital, inpatient, outpatient, and home.

Greg has led multiple initiatives focused on population health improvements, cost and quality management, site of care strategy, and service line strategy. He has significant experience supporting clients on value-based care topics.

Before joining BCG, Greg was a General Surgery Resident Physician at Washington University in St Louis/Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He has published multiple papers on surgical outcomes in scientific journals.
