Han Zhou co-leads the Energy practice for Boston Consulting Group in China. She is a leading expert in chemicals for BCG in Greater China, and a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods, Operations, and Global Advantage practices.

Han has worked extensively with multinational and Chinese companies to help them develop growth strategies, design sales and marketing systems, conduct organizational restructurings, and define M&A strategies. She helps clients achieve long-term performance improvement and organizational empowerment.

Han’s recent projects includes helping a foreign fund evaluate investment opportunities in China's renewable energy market, working with a top refining-chemical integrated enterprise in China to build its sales and marketing system, and developing a growth strategy for a Chinese leading commodity trading and logistics player (including crude oil and LNG trading).
