Harika Miyazaki Ensarioğlu joined Boston Consulting Group in 2018. She is a member of the Industrial Goods practice specializing in automotive and mobility. Harika works primarily with major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) both in Turkey and globally. Her expertise covers strategy development, operating model redesign, transformation, and cost improvement topics.
Harika recently led the company setup and ramp-up for a leading electric vehicle player and related companies. Before joining BCG, Harika worked for five years at A.T. Kearney.
