Håvard Holmås coleads Boston Consulting Group’s Nordic Energy practice and the firm’s global Center for Digital in Oil and Gas. His work focuses on digital transformation, where he supports leading energy companies around the world.
Håvard’s experience comes from leading a range of projects. In addition to digital transformation, he has focused on topics such as major improvement programs, strategy processes, and digital use case developments.
Prior to joining BCG, Håvard worked for five years at SPT Group (now a Schlumberger company) as a consultant focusing on flow assurance modeling and services. During that time, Håvard also completed his PhD in flow assurance modeling at the University of Oslo.
