Henri Hagenmüller is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice, and Global Co-Lead of BCG’s Milkman Academy for Medtech Commercial Excellence. He has broad expertise in the medtech industry as well as with providers, and has led many commercial model, operations, and digital strategy engagements.

Prior to joining BCG, Henri worked as Head of Corporate Development for a global medtech company in the cardiovascular devices industry. He also worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants for several years, where he was a core member of the health care and medtech practice.
