Hugo Garnier is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Transform practice and the people lead for BCG Transform in London. He joined BCG in the Toronto office in 2015 before transferring to London in 2022.
Hugo has ten years of experience in large-scale performance improvement programs, including business transformations, turnarounds, and post-merger integrations, across industries, and with a primary focus on fast-moving consumer goods, telecommunications, and financial institutions.
