Jack Bugas is an expert in sustainable food and agriculture at Boston Consulting Group based out of the London office. He joined BCG in 2013, and previously worked in the New York, Copenhagen, and Chicago offices.
Day to day, Jack leads BCG’s global strategy for the Action Agenda on Regenerative Landscapes in collaboration with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, UN Climate Champions, and 40+ food and agriculture organizations with the mission to aggregate, accelerate, and amplify progress on regenerative agriculture and sustainable land management.
Jack has led sustainability initiatives across industries, guiding global organizations from strategy to measurable impact. His work has helped clients harness sustainability for competitive advantage, reimagine business models for sustainability and circularity, scale regenerative agriculture and nature-based solutions, and decarbonize supply chains.
