Jake Wolke-Perten is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Corporate Finance & Strategy and Operations practices. He has led numerous engagements on topics ranging from innovation strategy, to business model innovation, to digital product development, and has over ten years’ experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Jake is a coauthor of BCG’s Most Innovative Companies Report, and co-leads BCG’s 11 innovation centers for operations globally. Jake also led BCG’s largest internal transformation to date, Teaming at BCG, to change how BCG teams work through coaching, agile project management, and hybrid ways of working.

In his tenure at BCG, Jake has worked both as a consultant within BCG core, as well as a lead strategic designer at BCG X (previously BCG Digital Ventures). Before BCG, Jake worked for Prophet, a boutique management consultancy focused on brand and marketing strategy, in both the US and Europe.
