Jacqueline Martinez joined Boston Consulting Group in 2021. She is a member of BCG's Consumer practice with significant experience in driving impact through the application of deep analytics to retail. She is also a member for the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice with deep expertise in pricing strategy, process, analytics, and software for retailers.

Including her time at BCG, Jacqui has over 17 years of experience helping retailers design and implement strategies grounded in data to drive value for all stakeholders. She has been both a consultant and an executive. Her expertise includes overall merchandising strategy and capabilities (including planning and allocations), pricing and value strategy (including discounting and personalization), assortment optimization and localization, and supplier negotiations and category strategies.

Before coming to the firm, Jacqui was an executive in retail, most recently as VP of Pricing for Michaels stores. Prior to her time as an executive, Jacqui was a Partner at Oliver Wyman.
