Jad Rahbani is a member of the Public Sector and Technology Advantage practices at Boston Consulting Group with extensive management and digital consulting experience in the US, the Middle East, and North Africa. Jad has worked with many clients from the public sector, supporting them in the design and implementation of large-scale transformation programs including end-to-end citizen experience digitization, strategy and operating model design, change management, and capability enablement.

Jad has a deep interest in digital, data, and analytics in government. He has helped GCC governments and government entities in their large-scale transformation efforts, with a special focus on digital and analytics, including designing and launching a digital cyber and analytics service provider entity, and developing a government electronic and mobile services maturity index. He also designed a national character education program for young people including concept design, youth digital ecosystem establishment, youth programs initiatives centered on higher education, professional digital development, labor market alignment, and outreach.
