Jan Nöcker is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Operations and Industrial Goods practices. He is an expert in digital manufacturing, and serves as the firm's global quality and maintenance lead. In addition, he co-leads BCG's Center for Operations in Automotive. His focus is on manufacturing transformations for industrial goods clients.

Jan is currently concentrating on advanced manufacturing and industry 4.0 in industrial goods. Among his digital production and operations transformation engagements, he recently transformed the best-performing plant of an automotive tier-1 toward a digital lighthouse, including defining the target picture, vendor ecosystem, resource ramp-up, and roll-out plan to 60 plants using agile project management.

Prior to joining BCG, Jan led the Operations Excellence System at Beiersdorf AG, Hamburg.
