Jerry Ronaghan is COO of BCG X design in North America and member of the global leadership team at BCG X design. BCG X is Boston Consulting Group’s tech build and design division.

Jerry’s current focus areas are customer experience (CX)—specifically the integration of design and product development into large-scale customer experience transformations, building out BCG X’s global design practice, and demand-driven innovation—enabling customers to activate and future-proof product development to capture shifts in market demand. He has significant expertise in digital transformation, customer experience, new product development, human-centered design, and digital marketing.

Prior to coming to the firm, Jerry was SVP of Agency & AdTech at Datasift (Acquired by Meltwater,) SVP/Co-founder of Dun & Bradstreet Audience Solutions, and several senior positions at Dun & Bradstreet, most recently SVP of Product Innovation.
