Juan Ferrer is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization practice, currently focusing on people strategy and human resources operating model. In his most recent work, Juan has supported clients in their evolution toward the future of work and new ways of working. Additionally, Juan is passionate about pushing generative AI opportunities for the people dimension of companies.

Since joining BCG in 2011, Juan has led engagement across many different industries and geographies, most often those served by BCG’s Travel, Cities & Infrastructure, Industrial Goods, Insurance, and Financial Institutions practices, throughout Western Europe, the Middle East, and South America.

Juan is also a leading member of BCG’s Build-Operate-Transfer team and leads the Social Impact practice for Iberia.
