Juliana Abreu is a core member of the Industrial Goods, People & Organization, and Transform practices at Boston Consulting Group. She leads the Transform practice in Iberia and South America. Juliana has worked with clients across process industries, chemicals, and metals and mining, and is an expert in change management and organizational and governance design. Prior to joining BCG, Juliana worked in the telecommunications sector for five years, including a time as a coordinator with Brasil Telecom.
