Julie Dethier is a lead member of the Social Impact and Health Care practices at Boston Consulting Group. Julie has supported global health, public sector, and biopharma company clients on a variety of health care topics. She works with clients on strategy and action planning, portfolio prioritization, private sector engagement, innovation and scale-up support, transformation, and change management.

Julie recently led the development of strategic priorities for pandemic preparedness and response, action planning, and road mapping for an NGO active in global health; led the definition of strategic priorities and assessment of partnership opportunities for a global health foundation; and led the design and implementation process of an R&D prioritization framework for HIV prevention products for an agency of a federal government.
