Julie Jefson joined Boston Consulting Group in 2009. She is part of BCG’s global People & Organization leadership team, and serves as global lead for the People & Organization practice in consumer packed goods. Julie has extensive experience in organization and operating model design, talent strategy, culture and change management, and post-merger integration across industries.
In her recent work, Julie has led engagements with clients developing commercial organizations and operating models, and the change management associated with them, as well as developing talent management strategies and defining and activating culture change for companies. Julie is also a thought leader on digital and AI operating model and talent requirements.
Before joining the firm, Julie worked for the Dickson Company in both London and Illinois.
