Kevin Kelley is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization practice, and leads the firm's organization design and operating model work globally. He leads client engagements in operating model for strategy implementation, organization design, post-merger integration (PMI), change management, and transformation.
Since joining BCG in 2005, Kevin has worked with clients in industries including consumer; energy; health care; public sector; industrial goods; and technology, media, and telecommunications. He previously served as global lead for OrgBuilder by BCG X, BCG X's patented data-driven organization redesign tool.
Kevin works closely with clients to design and implement transformation programs that deliver on immediate objectives while also promoting the correct long-term behaviors across all levels of the organization.
