Kimberly Underhill is a senior advisor and executive coach for Boston Consulting Group. She is actively involved in the Consumer and Industrial Goods practices at the firm, and works with clients to build and lead diverse global teams through business turnarounds. Kim has over 33 years of consumer and industrial experience, with a strong history of transforming businesses, accelerating growth, improving profitability, and developing talent. She has a particular interest and expertise in C-suite coaching and senior leadership team effectiveness.

Kim is a former senior leader with global experience managing P&Ls and sales, marketing, product development, portfolio management, and plant operations teams. In addition to building and leading diverse global teams, Kim is an expert at managing multiple categories and brands and different operating models while consistently delivering on revenue growth, profit, portfolio, and market share in highly competitive global markets.

Before joining BCG, Kim led significant expansion in a capital-intensive family care products business by focusing on operational excellence, distribution, and supply chain; directed fast innovation, lower capital, consumer-focused baby, adult, feminine, and child care businesses; and while at Kimberly-Clark Professional, guided a broad collection of businesses and categories to drive differentiated innovation and selling through distributors.

In addition to her work at BCG, Kim is currently a member of the board of Footlocker Inc, a member of the board of The Menasha Corporation (a privately held packaging solutions company), a member of the board of Glanbia PLC, and a member of the board of Froedtert Theda Care Health System.
