Kristy Ellmer is a core member of BCG Transform, Boston Consulting Group's transformation and turnaround unit. She has led numerous large-scale, complex transformations in a variety of industries and geographies, that have led to significant improvement in P&L and organizational health for clients.

In addition to leading transformations, she specializes in coaching CTOs and C-suite executives during periods of rapid, at-scale performance improvement. Kristy has served as CTO at several large consumer goods, as well as media, energy, and other companies, while leading highly successful transformations

Prior to joining BCG, Kristy was a founding member and leader of McKinsey & Company's Transformation practice. She has also held procurement executive roles in both the airline and pharmaceutical industries, notably leading a critical procurement transformation during the Chapter 11 of a major airline.
