Laura Juliano explores the broader factors that are motivating companies based in North America to take a strategic look at their costs and the ways they can reinvest for the future.

Laura Juliano is North America's Operations Regional Practice Area Lead (Ops RPAL). She is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice, working primarily with clients in commercial aerospace and defense. She also leads BCG's Center for Operations in Houston.

Since joining BCG in 2006, Laura has worked extensively across operations topics such as supply chain, procurement, and complexity optimization. She has supported numerous defense contractors and component manufacturers in areas such as corporate strategy, life cycle management, portfolio strategy, and revenue growth.

Laura has acquired deep experience working with automotive tier ones and other suppliers. She has also advised a wide range of clients on strategy and corporate development issues, including postmerger integrations and market-entry plans.

Laura is a member of both Women in Aerospace and Women in Defense.
