Lorenz Kunze is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Principal Investor & Private Equity (PIPE) and Health Care practices. He has supported multiple commercial due diligence projects, with a focus on European health care targets, and several projects for multinational pharma companies on topics including go-to-market, pricing strategy, and analysis of strategic growth opportunities.

As a member of the PIPE leadership team, Lorenz works with private equity clients on transactions and value creation, pharma and bio pharma, medtech, and pharma services. He has led more than 25 due diligence projects (buy- and sell-side) for financial sponsors on health care assets, such as pharmacos, early stage biotech, clinics chains, health care IT companies, and medtech contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs). He also led value creation plan projects for several PE owned health care players covering strategy definition, detailing of commercial and operational levers, and handover to implementation.
