Luciano Guidolin joined Boston Consulting Group in January 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience leading teams and organizations in chemicals, agribusiness, and infrastructure/industrial conglomerate industries. His expertise spans strategy, finance, operations, and reorganization. Luciano is a core member of the firm’s Industrial Goods practice.

Before joining the firm, Luciano was CEO for Novonor S.A., where he led the transformation effort, business/financial reorganization, and new governance implementation. Before that, he spent over 17 years in senior executive positions in chemicals and innovation at Braskem and over 4 years in agribusiness as CFO at Atvos.
