Mai-Britt Poulsen is the managing partner for Boston Consulting Group in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Belgium. She was previously the firm’s global chief of staff and a member of the firm’s Executive and Operating Committees.
Prior to this, Mai-Britt was the managing partner for BCG in Denmark and is a core member and client service partner of the Consumer and Transformation practices.
She specializes in retail and consumer goods and has significant experience in large-scale transformation and performance improvement programs; corporate strategy and M&A; go-to-market strategies; and topics such as leadership, change management, and enablement.
Mai-Britt is also passionate about diversity and inclusion and is actively involved in the firm’s partnership with UN Women.
Before joining BCG, Mai-Britt worked with Nordea Corporate Finance.
