Marine Baudin-Sarlet is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods and Operations practices.

Marine works primarily with clients in construction (building materials, building equipment, B2B distribution), process industries, and aerospace and defense. She has led more than 30 assignments across Europe (particularly in France, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, the Nordics, Poland, and Greece).

Her key areas of focus include strategy and transformation (growth trajectory, performance improvement, organization redesign, and change management), procurement (negotiation preparation, category strategy, collaborative approaches with strategic suppliers, and green procurement), commercial excellence (salesforce effectiveness, digital marketing and lead generation, and e-commerce), and mergers and acquisitions (due diligences, vendor due diligences, and portfolio work).

Beyond her client roles, she co-leads the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Taskforce for the Industrial Goods practice, and serves as career advisor for ten BCG consultants.
