He specializes in growth strategies (organic and inorganic), operating model, and larger performance transformations. He has led several large-scale transformations and strategy planning engagements for leading industrial companies, as well as numerous M&A and post-merger integration efforts in shipping and logistics and heavy equipment industries--including working with clients on go-to-market and M&A target searches

Martin has worked with clients around the world, including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, South America, and North America, and is able to combine the local and global perspectives to help client shape their priorities in their specific context.
