Matt Kalmus joined Boston Consulting Group in August 2008. He is a core member of BCG's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice.

Matt has considerable expertise in cable/telco, satellite, and technology strategy topics for both B2B and B2C, frequently supporting clients across key go-to-market, merger/carve-out, and operations and network topics.

Matt’s recent work at BCG has included engagements to design and launch a new go-to-market model, sales incentive redesign, churn reduction, commercial simplification, digital capability building, and 5G/spectrum strategy.
