Maureen Mitchell is an Executive Coach and Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group. Her coaching of senior leaders is informed by her experience leading large global financial services businesses at companies including GE, working across market channels and geographies.

Maureen guides organizations through mergers and acquisitions, executes organizational transformations, restructures teams, globalizes business lines, and implements/manages culture change in response to market disruption and regulatory oversight. She has also done extensive work with senior professionals on career acceleration.

As President of Global Sales & Marketing for GE Asset Management, she led the post-financial-crisis restructuring of the business, shaping corporate strategy and executing wholesale change. Most recently, she was instrumental in the sale of the business, successfully integrating teams, business lines, and clients.

Maureen has extensive board experience and is currently a Trustee of the Natixis/Loomis Sayles Mutual Funds, and Board Member and part of the Audit and Technology committees for Webster Bank. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Investcorp Strategic Capital and a former Director of Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust and Governor of the Investment Company Institute. 

A passionate advocate for education, Maureen is a trustee of the Foundation for the City College of New York. She is a frequent speaker on investing, business transformation, client management, operations best practices and leadership. In addition, Maureen is certified in Team Management Profile (TMP). She holds Agile certifications as Professional Scrum Master and Professional Scrum Product Owner and holds a certificate in Systemic Team Coaching.
