Michael Engels is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice at Boston Consulting Group and co-leads the SAP and BCG sustainability partnership.
Michael joined BCG in October 2013, and focuses on transformation and strategy work for clients in the IT service and software space. Michael has led several large-scale transformations for leading technology companies including supporting CEO transitions and a group-wide reorganization for a top software company. He routinely engages in work with private equity funds in the area of software and IT service assets (cDD, vDD, FPP). In recent years, Michael has also started to support his technology clients on how to enable sustainability and how to drive sustainability transformations.
