Michael Grebe is a member of the leadership team for Boston Consulting Group's Tech & Digital Advantage practice. He has significant experience in IT, digital, and AI across industries, with a focus on transforming IT organizations into world-class technology functions (WCTFs) and in assessing the digital and AI maturity of companies using BCG‘s Build for the Future x AI (BFFxAI) assessment. Michael co-leads BCG's WCTF and BFFxAI offers globally.

Before joining the firm, Michael trained as a banker, worked as a software developer with an engineering company, and conducted several benchmark projects with IBM.
