Michael Steiger is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice, and global co-lead of BCG's Center for Telco Networks. He has more than 15 years of combined industry and consulting experience within TMT.
Michael has considerable expertise in mobile and fixed telecommunication networks, including 5G, network transformations, plan and build, cloudification, efficiency levers, automation and analytics, and network transactions and separations. He has worked with clients across Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and the Middle East.
Prior to rejoining BCG in 2020, Michael was Head of Corporate Strategy at Swisscom.
