Mike Troisi is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology & Digital Advantage practice and leads the firms North America Enterprise Solutions team and the engagements in oil and gas, financial services, and the public sector. Mike is also a Platinion Senior Management Team member. Platinion is the firm’s unit for accelerating tech excellence and providing consulting services focused on the design of business IT architecture and digital solutions by unlocking technical potential, driving growth, and delivering strategy.

Mike is an expert in digital transformation, next generation enterprise resource planning, operating model design and operational efficiency, data and digital strategy, customer resource management, AI, people development, and sustainability. He has 30 years of experience in a variety of large-scale technical and business transformations.

Before joining the firm, Mike was SVP, Global Technology and Operations at Bank of America, VP Global Operations and Technology at NTT Data, Inc. (formerly Keane), and Practice Leader—ERP Global Transformation Solutions at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). He holds patents in consumer product safety notification and enterprise architecture and has taken three new products to market.
