Mieke Gielis is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization practice. She has over 15 years of experience in large-scale organization transformation and change management in industries including life sciences, consumer goods, industrial goods, and energy and utilities. Mieke works with clients to build bionic companies, that are agile, resilient, and robust, enabling digital and innovation and delivering purposeful and sustainable change.

Mieke has helped many of her life sciences and industry clients redesign their operating model, and develop talent action plans and workforce strategy based on a deep understanding of talent trends She has deep expertise in nearshoring and offshoring and shared and global business services.

Before joining BCG in 2016, Mieke was Executive Director Advisory at Ernst & Young, Belgium and the Netherlands. Before that she worked as a business consultant at Mercuri Urval and MCR (KU Leuven) in Belgium.
