Mohammad Khan is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group. His clients span retail and commercial banks, sovereign wealth funds, and financial regulators; and he works with them on a broad range of topics including strategy, transformation, and product design.
Mohammad’s recent work includes leading a large-scale efficiency optimization program for a large universal bank, developing the growth strategy for a leading digital bank, and supporting the end-to-end design and launch of a greenfield digital bank. He has also worked with principal investors on a variety of topics including value creation for existing assets, as well as supporting clients in designing and executing the set-up of new business ventures within the financial services and payments space.
Mohammad serves as the Middle East payments lead for BCG and is a frequent speaker and panelist on the topic.
Before coming to BCG, Mohammad worked at Booz & Company, and before that, he was an analyst at General Electric Capital in the US.
