Moritz joined BCG in 2023, bringing 20 years of experience in business, digital technology, and strategy. He advises investors and leading organizations on strategy development, innovation, acquisitions, and value creation projects. He has led multiple large-scale projects in a variety of industries, particularly private equity and consumer goods/retail.

Moritz combines business design and data with technology to enable leaders to unlock the true value and potential of responsible business. He is passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive culture, fostering innovation and sustainability, and developing the next generation of talent.

Before joining BCG, Moritz was a Senior Managing Director and member of the Global Leadership Council at Accenture.
