Nadim Sah is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice with a focus on semiconductors and software.

Nadim joined BCG in 2015 and has worked extensively in strategy, organization, and go-to-market, as well as transaction-related topics. In his work with semiconductor clients, software companies, and private equity funds, he often focuses on how to grow the top and bottom line through branching into adjacencies, innovating business models, or unlocking new pathways through M&A.

Nadim is a co-author of BCG’s recent publication on decarbonization in the semiconductor industry. During his doctoral studies, he worked briefly at the CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) and at the Deutsche Bundesbank.
