Nanda Padayachee joined Boston Consulting Group in March 2023 bringing over 15 years of experience in data, AI, digital, and innovation. He is committed to using technology and data to create transformational experiences.

At BCG, Nanda works closely with the c-suite, senior executives, and global partners on leading organization-wide transformations, seeding next-generation architectures and operating models, and establishing an environment for digital capabilities to be fully exploited. His current focus is scaling new business models and disruptive innovation, particularly in the context of platform businesses and ecosystems— bringing strategy, technology, architecture, and data together with big tech and fintech capabilities.

As a CIO and CTO, Nanda led significant multi-country digital transformations, post-merger integrations, and enterprise data platform and data science teams. He was part of the technology executive leadership team at Standard Bank for over a decade, where his responsibilities included the centers of excellence for AI, application programming interface (API), and automation capabilities for Standard Bank Group. Nanda has considerable expertise in cloud technologies, devops, deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, APIs, microservices, and reliability engineering.
