Nathan Micon is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice, primarily focused on video and sports. He is also a leading member of the firm's Global Institute for the Future of Television (GIFT), which produces BCG research and publications on emerging consumer video consumption habits and preferences. GIFT conducts an annual consumer survey and hosts quarterly roundtables bringing together industry executives.
Nathan has led projects on growth strategy, corporate development, product and business development, sports rights, and content creation and investment. His current focus is on the evolution of the paid video landscape, including social media video; transformation and growth strategy for media companies; pricing and packing for streaming services; and sports rights and content creation and investment.
Before joining the firm in 2018, Nathan held positions at Greenwich Strategy and Booz Allen Hamilton.
